It looks like the folks over at Goodwill are setting some boundaries if you want to work for their company. Rule #1: If you have a resting Kanye face, you will NOT be employed for long.

As stated in The Goodwill Beat – the monthly newsletter for the Illinois division of the company – there are certain ways to act when on the job and Kanye’s infamous unfriendly look is definitely not one of them.

In the publication, they posted a bunch of photos of Kanye’s face as apart of a how-to guide that explains what you should basically NEVER look like while working. The reason is because people will find one with that face “unapproachable” and so on.
