The View is The View. The hosts get paid to form opinions and deliver those opinions because it’s going to rev up some controversy, which means more viewers. However, during her latest stop by Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live!, Nene Leakes said that they were dishing out more than opinions; their “real nasty-like” attitudes came with much eye-rolling, neck snapping, and then some.

According to Leakes, her drama-filled episodes on The Real Housewives of Atlanta makes one believe that she deserves the side-eye, but she doesn’t, which is why when she was “invited” to be a guest on “The View,” she had expected more respect and less hate.

“People sometimes think that you’re something that you’re not, just watching you on reality TV,” says the Chicago star.

Following her visit on The View, Leakes took to social media to express how she felt about the unkind demeanors that the panel was giving off.

“Just sat with a bunch of mean girls turning up their noses, looking u up & down as if u don’t belong. The HATE was so real & SAD,” she wrote.

She later on defended her feelings by adding, “I was invited to their show. I was there to promote Chicago and other things. They asked me to bring pictures of my home there, and I brought the pictures they asked me to bring. And they just weren’t kind. They did not have nice manners. I know all of them are tired: their hairstyles are tired, their makeup is tired. Whatever.”

…and yes, it was more than ol’ chatter box Raven-Symone, but also, Joy Behar.
