Iggy Azalea has been known to get a little shade thrown at her here and there. Especially when it comes to her music, some people just can’t accept it. Erykah Badu is clearly one of those people because the singer just threw major shade at Iggy while on stage at the Soul Train Awards.

The amazing Erykah Badu had the privilege of hosting the 2015 Soul Train Awards this year and she clearly came prepared for the job. When it comes to hosting, we can always expect a few jokes or two but i wasn’t expecting this one!
During the show the singer stops mid sentence to answer her phone and she quickly apologizes to the audience, but then she says Iggy Azalea’s name and next thing you know, boom…shade!

Hosting is all about having a good time and making sure everyone else is having an even better time.
So maybe Miss Badu was joking, or maybe not but either way that was shade. But hey everyones entitled to throw some shade here and there, but the question is, will Iggy clap back?
