Bill Cosby has been the center of a whole heap of trouble within the past year, but wife Camille has stuck with him through it all. The two were spotted leaving their New York City townhouse for the first time since November of 2014.

Bill looked weak as Camille held up the 78-year-old by the arm. Although looking ill, the two enjoyed each other’s company as they were all smiles.

Earlier this year, sources close to the pair revealed that Camille believes the women who have accused her husband of sexual assault consented to act.

“You can say that she’s standing by her husband, but really, the more people stand against him, the more she perceives it as an affront to her and all that she’s done to make him a star,” the sources say.
