Charlie Sheen should have known that announcing his positive HIV status would put him under a microscope for the truth, lies, and unbelievable rumors. RadarOnline claims that they “viewed a bootleg copy” of the Anger Management actor smoking crack and going down low on his co-star, a male.

The tape was reportedly made in 2011, the same year Sheen found out about the HIV.
While RadarOnline reports that the home movie was a part of a $20 million lawsuit against Sheen, with the claims that he had given his partner herpes, Keith Davidson, an attorney involved in case says that the case and the tape are in no way connected to each other.
“Though there was video evidence involved in the aforementioned case, that video evidence did not come close to portraying what you have described,” Davidson said in a statement. “Furthermore, there was but one copy of that case related video evidence. That sole copy of the video evidence was irretrievably destroyed.”
According to court documents obtained by the website, Sheen told his male friend that he need not worry, because he did not have any “venereal diseases.” After taking Sheen’s word for it, the two gentlemen watched porn and engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.”
