After three kids and countless years of history, it is always sad to see a relationship go down the tubes. However, it doesn’t look like Scott Disick is planning on letting Kourtney Kardashian go just that easy.

He has decided to put his $4 million dollar Beverly Hills bachelor pad up for sale to rid him of the temptations of partying with hot chicks and getting drunk and/or high since his post-rehab stint. Lord Disick also plans to make real estate the main source of his income instead of club appearances so he can be away from that scene that put him in the situation he is in now.

His last and final plan is to move into the same exact neighborhood as Kris Jenner and Kourtney so he can be around the kids more (and we’re sure Kourt, as well).
