Looks like school districts in Delaware are closing school’s because a emu is on the loose. Thursday NBC News 10, reported that a giant bird was the caused of multiple school lock down’s. The bird is an unlikely pet, but of course someone decided it would be great to have around the house. The pet escaped from it’s owner and has been on the loose for months. Yes, months! This week the bird was spotted by a grandfather and his grandson roaming near an elementary school. Multiple school’s were placed on lock down in the area. Animal control has been alerted and is figuring out how to catch this huge bird. Peep the craziness below.
