Mid-July, Jeremih celebrated parts of his birthday in a jail cell on charges of driving under the influence. In exchange for the DUI, the “You & I” crooner pleads no contest for a charge of reckless driving.

According to TMZ, Jeremih’s plea will be dependent on a mandated drug and alcohol education course and successfully completing two years of probation.
