U.S Presidential candidate Senator Lindsey Graham warned the nation Sunday that “there is a 9/11 coming”, if we do not act soon on ISIS’ continuous demolition.
While interviewing with CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union”, Graham is optimistic that France will invoke a NATO arrangement that could bring all United Nation allies together to discuss stopping ISIS.
Republican candidate Graham had this to say on the matter:
“I’m trying to protect America from another 9/11, and without American boots on the ground in Syria and Iraq, we’re gonna get hit here at home. And if you don’t understand that, you’re not ready to be commander-in-chief in my view.”
Graham warned that Friday’s attack on Paris is just the beginning to what has high potential to spiral into attacks towards the U.S., on a mucher larger scale, as ISIS is aware of our alliance with France.
“There is a 9/11 coming, and it is coming from Syria if we don’t disrupt their operation inside of Syria. If we don’t do these things soon, what you’ve seen in Paris is coming to America,” Graham said.
Graham’s plan includes sending 10,000 U.S ground forces to Iraq as part of a regional military force.
