Vincent Margera passed away Sunday morning at 6:45 a.m., after his ongoing struggle with kidney and liver failure. Margera had been battling with his illness for several years and last month he fell into a coma which ultimately culminated his state of health. Vincent was 59 years old.
Margera is the well known uncle of professional skateboarder and television personality, Bam Margera. The two became famous together off several of Bam’s hit t.v. shows – most notably ‘Jackass’, ‘Viva La Bam’, and ‘Bam’s Unholy Union’.
The family duo would pull pranks on each other all day alongside Bam’s friends and family, travel the world, perform and create in contests, and just have an all around great time which made for entertaining and very REAL reality shows.
This loss is in addition to Bam’s best friend, Ryan Dunn, who passed away in 2011 from a deadly car crash. Ryan was also a co-star on the hit t.v shows and is remembered for his selfless acts of comedy, which earned him the nickname “Random Hero”.
