Kim Kardashian-West has been very open about her pregnancy experiences, even sharing her struggles with getting pregnant for a second time on the reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Kardashian-West opened up about her most recent struggles and her 50-lb. weight gain, both times!
Kim is soon to be a mother of two! The 35-year old will be the mother to both a boy and a girl and while that sounds picture perfect, she shared some of her thoughts on her pregnancy experiences and promised to keep it brutally honest.
“I’m really not complaining, I’m just being honest and being honest about [it]. I hate it. You know pregnancy is not for me…You know I’ve heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mom and Kourtney and that’s just not the case for me and I’m not going to sit here and lie and act like it’s the most blissful experience. It’s awful.”
Usually, mommies-to-be start to feel the real pressure of being pregnant when it hits around 6 or 7 months, but it seems as though Kim just can’t catch a break.
Recently, Kim has posted old pictures of herself with a slimmer body and has expressed missing being “skinny.” She commented on the weight gain saying,
“It’s my reality and I’ve always been super honest,” Kim revealed. “You know, last time I gained 50 and I delivered around this time, you know, week wise into my pregnancy. And so I’m 52 pounds up and I still have, what six weeks to go? So I’m definitely a little nervous, but I’m enjoying it. I’ve started to eat whatever I want. I know my bounce back game is [strong]. I enjoy the process, the challenge of getting back, so I’m not worried about the afterword.”
