Jeezy did exactly what he set out to do and that was to bring Church to the NYC streets last night. He made his grand entrance to his own concert at High Line Ball Room leading the congregation. Midnight marked Friday the 13th, the release of his new album and he made sure to march from Union Square all the way to the venue with a mobb of his own people with a mix of fans. Check out how Jeezy turned High line BallRoom upside down last night.
Dj Drama led the sermon as he introduced Jeezy and the crowd went crazy. Performing all his new hit from “Church In These Streets, Jeezy gave us a taste of what we have all been missing. Two stepping all over the stage and interacting with the crowd, he showed the true definition of an Artist. Not long into the concert the signature Snow Man went up on the screen and everyone went crazy for all the old Young Jeezy hits.
The energy in the venue was amazing as we all watched Jeezy lead the Church through the streets on live stream and into the venue. Although everyone enjoyed that old Jeezy Standing Ovation and Trap or Die, the new album “Church In These Streets” is something you need to get on Itunes Asap. The amazing new album Def Jam released a few albums for Friday the 13th capitalizing off both new and veteran artist.
