Less than a month after announcing she would be performing at the Victoria’s Sectet Fashion Show, musical sensation Rihanna backs out from the performance.

After announcing the upcoming release of her new album ” Anti ” fans have been on the edge of their seat waiting for the ” BBHMM ” singer Rihanna to drop new music. And after announcing she would be performing at one of the most extravagant, glamorous and looked forward to fashion shows yet some people really thought that they would get a early taste of what Riri has in store for us , but no we thought wrong.

According to multiple reports Rihanna has decided to back out of her performance at this years VSFS. New York Times Page Six exclusively reports that an insider has told them that the reason she will not be performing is because….

“She’s still working on some stuff and [the music] isn’t to a point where she wants to perform it. Things are supposed to beh furthaer along, but she’s still not ready.”

Which kind of brings up the question of if the singer has any music to perform at all. Well another insider says…

“She does have something to perform. But the album isn’t finished yet, and finishing it is the priority. She couldn’t take the time to rehearse and perform and finish the album. It just all didn’t come together.”

This news makes a lot of sense especially after multiple sources announced that her upcoming album “Anti” would no longer be coming out this month but it instead will be released this December.

Rihanna was suppose to be performing at the VSFS along with Selena Gomez, and the Weeknd and has since been replaced by singer Ellie Goulding. The show is set to premiere this Tuesday.
