After announcing her split from husband of two years, Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry’s ex-beaus have joined forces to expose her harsh breakup antics. The main culprit, former MLB player David Justice, made it his top priority to alert the public and warn Martinez about the storm that is yet to come. In tweets that were later deleted, he claimed that Berry and her team did everything in their power to damage his character.

As we reported earlier, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have decided to call it quits after the Monster’s Ball actress filed for divorce last week. In the wake of the couple’s split old stories of Berry’s bruised and abused past have resurfaced and her exes are tired of having their names splashed through the mud. Berry’s first husband, former MLB player David Justice, took to Twitter to defend himself against the recurring abuse rumors and air the actress out for her vilification of ALL of her exes. In the tweets Justice insinuates that Berry is not the sweetheart she’s made out to be with, the one and only, Eric Benet to back him up. He warns Olivier that “it’s coming”
Read David Justice’s tweets below:
Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, It wasn’t me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her.
It was a former Hollywood boyfriend (WS) that she told me ! #getyourfactsright
When she first reported that she had been in abusive relationships, she wouldn’t name the “famous” former boyfriend (WS)..
She was mad at me leaving the relationship so she and her Hollywood Team just tried to destroy my character. It had to be my fault, right?
Yup..Me,Eric,Gabriel and Olivier were all her “Knight in Shining Armor”,until it ends..Then we all become the worst guys in history.
Only the guys in the relationship with Halle know the real deal..there will be another,of course. He’ll be called “The Best” until it ends.
Just wait,Olivier..It’s coming! She insinuated that her daughter wasn’t safe around Gabriel..look it up and see the reason! Just wrong.smh
It just makes me mad to still see the same lie being perpetuated about the source of her abuse being me.Never happened!#formerboyfriend
Eric Benet, who divorced Berry in 2005 after a 3-year marriage, gave Justice his stamp of approval with his response:
My man at @23davidjustice is tweeting some truth dis’ mornin’!
Apparently Berry has a way of ruining her exes’ reputations when she’s done with them, and based on the facts this seems somewhat valid. Her divorce from David Justice ended with a restraining order and him having a permanent rep as a cheater. Berry’s divorce from Eric Benet resulted in his name being almost synonymous with “sex addict”. Her split from ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, with whom she has a 7-year-old daughter, ended with a nasty custody battle and Aubry in jail after a fight where Martinez, who was her boyfriend at the time, claimed that Gabriel Aubry tried to kill him.
Justice appeared to be steadfast in making sure the same thing didn’t happen to Martinez . . . until he back-peddled.
It’s unclear whether or not this was his decision, his wife’s or his agent’s but Justice has had a change of heart since his rant and clarifies that his intent was not to bash Berry. He later deleted his tweets and thanked his ex-wife for clearing up the rumors.
He explains to ET Tonight that his sole purpose for airing out his dirty laundry on Twitter was to protect his teenage children who could read the stories about him in the media.
Having three kids, [ages] 15, 13 and 11, the careless reporting of me being the one who caused her hearing loss is unacceptable, that was the only purpose of my tweets, really. I just felt that if I didn’t say anything about this particular thing, my kids’ friends might read it and assume that it was true. I’m in the community coaching baseball, football, and basketball, and I can’t have that.
In an interview with Access Hollywood Justice says he is “not trying to be the voice of Halle’s exes. What I was trying to do is let everybody understand that I am in the community coaching kids from baseball to basketball to football.”
Hmm…not sure how to feel about this rant. Part feels like it was a honorable act because this is definitely a trend that the public needs to be aware of BUT as a man with sons, is it the respectable thing to do? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
