Back in 2001, Detroit rap group D12 made their mainstream debut with the release of their album, Devil’s Night. They were introduced to the world via their most famous groupmate, Eminem – so fans were rather disappointed to learn that Em has no songs on the group’s new Devil’s Night mixtape, other than the intro.
“He tried as much as he could, but he didn’t make it,” Kuniva said in a new interview. “We could’ve waited for him to go ahead and do it, but we wanted to really just let people know that we’re also emcees too and we can handle ourselves. We know how to do this sh*t.”
The 15-track project also includes features Crooked I, Royce Da 5’9 and more. You can listen to it here, and watch the full interview below.
