Things are not looking up for Offset, the member of Migos who has been stuck behind bars since April of this year.

23-year-old Offset – real name Kiari Cephus – was arrested on both guns and drug charges at the Spring Bling concert at Georgia Southern University. The police smelled marijuana coming from their tour van and ended up searching the vehicle. During their search, the cops discovered a large amount of illegal guns and drugs.

While he was in jail at Bulloch County Jail, he allegedly initiated a riot and caused harm to another inmate, attacking him very badly. He was hit with initiating a riot in a penal institution and battery, which just added more to his long list of current legal woes. Not to mention he had a lot of priors when getting arrested, hence why he was held without bond.

Offset was hoping that the third time would be a charm during his bond hearing but unfortunately for him, the judge was not with the sh*ts at all. He was straight up denied three times and at this point should probably give up and just get ready for his actual trial.
