Rob Kardashian is ready to donate one of his kidney’s in order to save Lamar Odom‘s life. The former NBA star reportedly needs a kidney transplant and could wait years on a list to receive one. If Rob ends up being a compatible match, Lamar might get the organ sooner.

Lamar has been on kidney dialysis following his near-fatal drug overdose on Oct. 13. While he emerged from a three day coma, he suffered numerous strokes, as well as damage to his lungs and kidneys.

The two were once as close as brothers, with Rob living at Lamar and Khloe Kardashian‘s home while the couple was still happily married.
