Uh oh looks like a Virgina teen is in quite a bit of legal trouble. You will never guess why though. A 13-year-old girl is facing juvenile assault-and-battery charges after throwing a cooked baby carrot into the forehead of her ex-teacher as a school prank, according to the school and the girl. You have got to be kidding me right? See what she could possibly happen to her after the jump.

Now 8th grader Aliya Nigro, of Henrico County, Va, is trying to hire a lawyer as she and her mother worry sick about whether she’ll land in a juvenile detention or get a record. This seems a bit bizzare if you ask me. The school is acting like the 8th grader put the carrot in some type of rocket launcher and aimed it at the teachers head. Murders and rapists walk around free but this little girl is in trouble for throwing a carrot? I think the teacher is taking petty to a whole new level. She just might be crowned princess petty if you ask me.
