After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, Adele takes to Twitter to announce that she is nearing the release of her third studio album, 25.
Continuing with the theme of the first two albums, 19 and 21, Adele reflects on ago.
“When I was 7, I wanted to be 8. When I was 8, I wanted to be 12. When I was turned 12 I just wanted to be 18,” she writes in a lengthy letter to fans. “Then after that I stopped wanting to be older. Now I’m ticking 16-24 boxes just to see if I can blag it!”

While her last album was about the wounded heart, this one will be about being a grown up and “making up” for all things lost … that were worth losing, of course.
“My last record was a break-up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record,” she said. “I’m making up with myself. Making up for lost time. Making up with everything I ever did and never did.”
Despite fans waiting to hear the “Rumor Has It” songstress’ new tunes, a little while longer will not kill us. Expect 25 before the year ends.
