This past Friday, Machine Gun Kelly, Joe Budden and The Game all released new albums, although Game’s was basically just a part 2 of his release the week prior. Game did a double disc for his new album The Documentary 2, but instead broke the release up into 2 weeks, and dubbed this one The Documentary 2.5. In the coming weeks, he will release a hard copy with both discs in the packaging.
Early forecasts are now in, and it looks like Game and MGK are neck-in-neck for the top spot on the Hip-Hop chart on Billboard. (Demi Lovato and Pentatonix are going to take the lead on the overall chart.) Both General Admission and The Documentary 2.5 are on pace to sell around 45-50k units, while Joe’s All Love Lost is looking to move around 15-18k.
