Florida Man Wheeled To Jail For Wheelchair DUI
According to a few news stations in Florida, the 54-year-old man of Florida was arrested last week after police in Palm Bay got reports of a man in a motorized wheelchair blocking traffic.
Police say that Hicks was blocking multiple lanes of travel on a bridge, smelled of alcohol, and he refused to take a field sobriety test.
He remains behind bars at the Brevard County Jail on $5,000 bond.
