Denzel Washington is arguably, the best big-screen actor of this time. Posing as the both the villain and the hero, he has won the hearts of movie-watchers everywhere. Well, now Denzel will take his place as a part of the hit show, Grey’s Anatomy, but not in the way that you think!

Denzel Washington is an asset. Any production that he is a part of, flourishes and generally, his performances allow those movies to be referred to as classics. Now, Denzel will parter with producer Shonda Rhimes as the new director of Grey’s Anatomy.
The Oscar-award winning actor, is no stranger to directing, but this is the first time he will direct anything for TV as opposed to the big screen.
Denzel will join the team to direct the ninth episode of season twelve!
Following more than a decade of being on the air, the show is taking some twists and turns that will make it really interesting with Washington calling the shots on set.
We’re anxious to see what the team puts together and wonder if this could be a pivotal moment in the show’s history.
