Demarjay Smith became a viral sensation when a video of the 8-year old training his friends with a Jamaican accent circled the web. Smith was invited to appear on The Ellen Show where he discussed what inspired him to help others get in shape. Smith said he wanted to race Jamaican track star, Olympic gold medalist and the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt. Ellen asked Demarjay if he could beat Bolt to which he emphatically said “yes”. Well out came Bolt as a surprise guest.
They took it outside where there was a setup with a finish line for the big race.
Smith pulls off the upset of the century in the competition, with Bolt pulling up with an “injury” as the youngster crosses the finish line.
