Kylie Jenner is extremely bold and precise when it comes to her beauty and fashion, and as any mega-celeb, there are always fans that will try to copy them.
Gabrielle Waters, 19-year old Jenner fan, has seemed to nail the look and has caught the attention of a lot of people. On her Instagram profile, Waters is seen in similar poses, clothing, and glammed faces.
She even told UK’s The Mirror,
“What I like about Kylie is that she is very beautiful and encourages girls to do what they love and be happy. I like how she’s independent, how she’s bought her own home and has a whole bunch of clothing lines she’s attached to.
No official statement has been made by Kylie, though Waters has seemed to nail the look and Kylie should be flattered.
