So the Drake and Meek Mill beef boiled down to a simmer as the summer ended, however that didn’t stop Drake from squeezing in a quick punch or two just because he can. Drizzy threw shots at Meek throughout his latest project with fellow rapper Future, What A Time To Be Alive. However, Drake also dropped a few lyrics about Quentin Miller, his ghostwriter, who was exposed by Meek Mill through their beef.
On the track ‘Digital Dash’ Drake finally addresses the ghostwriting accusations with the line, “I might take Quentin to Follies. You hate your life, just be honest.” This has been the only time Drake has brought up Q.M. since Meek Mill’s ‘twitter fingers’ exposed him.
In a recent track put out by Quentin Miller and his crew WDNG Crshrs, Q.M. spits a verse that comes off as a response to Drake’s offer to take him to the Atlanta strip club, Follie’s.
Hit the jump to see what he said.
In his new track, “Fini…” Miller says, “Took myself to Follies. Left with nothing else to spend. Made myself a topic that just so happened to trend.” True, this is most likely a response however, we shouldn’t take it a diss because Quentin already stated via Twitter he would never put out a diss to Drake.
