Due to insufficient evidence, Caitlyn Jenner will not be prosecuted for involvement in a chain reaction car accident this past February that left one woman dead.

California state prosecutors have announced that they will not file charges against Caitlyn Jenner for his/her role in the multi car accident that claimed the life one woman. Prosecutors based the decision not to charge the reality star on a lack of evidence to prove that Jenner did anything wrong.

The car accident happened in Malibu this past February when Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade slammed into the back of a Lexus causing it to veer off into oncoming traffic. While Jenner was left unharmed, the driver of the Lexus was pronounced dead shortly after the accident and others were taken to the hospital.

The former Olympian passed an on-the-spot sobriety test and phone records do not show the use of a handheld device while driving. Although there have been claims of paparazzi being the cause of the accident, that claim has not been investigated by officials.
