John Zaccaro, co-host of “Conversations with Hillary”, had held the event in the West Village in NYC.
In 1988, the son of the unsuccessful Democratic vice presidential candidate Gerraldine Ferraro, was convicted on felony drug charges after caught selling cocaine to an undercover cop two years prior in Vermont.
Once known as “The Pharmacist”, John Zaccaro was sentenced to a mere four-months in prison.
Undercover cop Laura Manning described how easy it was to obtain drugs from John Zaccaro. People Magazine reported in 1988, “Manning said during the trial that she simply walked up to Zaccaro’s off-campus house, knocked on the door, and said that she’d been told she could purchase cocaine there.”
Republican National Committee spokesman Michael Short said, “Hillary Clinton can’t seem to kick her decades-long habit of taking money from sketchy campaign contributors. During her last presidential campaign it was straw donors, now it’s convicted cocaine dealers.”
