Back in June, Rick Ross was arrested in Atlanta and held for the weekend, charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery over a dispute with a groundskeeper at his home.
The groundskeeper, Jonathan Zamudio, sued Ross as well, claiming he locked him in a room, pistol-whipping him and beating him up because he found out he was throwing parties at his home. (For his part, Zamudio says he wasn’t throwing parties.)

Now Ross is firing back, and filed legal docs saying he has proof Zamudio is lying. It starts with the 911 call – that happened THREE hours after the alleged incident, and doesn’t mention any pistol-whipping or injury. He also mentions his nemesis 50 Cent, who Zamudio posed for a photo with that 50 captioned, “Now you pay.”
Ross says this is merely “a simple shakedown from a guy who left paraphernalia used for cocaine and other drugs all over his house.” Let’s see what happens!
