Hip-Hop royalty Jay Z and Beyonce have been renting a luxurious pad in Log Angeles since February but according to the land lord, it is time to GO!

The huge Holmby Hills house, which they were dropping $150K a month to rent while they found a home in LA to invest into, has been sold for $35.5 million dollars. Apparently Jay and Bey had no interesting out-bidding the buyer, which has resulted in them having to evacuate the premises in 60 days.

Unbothered (as they should be since they’re rich AF), the couple has been on the hunt for the perfect home to purchase in the Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Holmby Hills areas. Check out some photos of their temporary pad in the gallery!
