The “She Knows” crooner takes to his Instagram to reveal his “surprise” to the world. The photo is of his now wife, holding a picture of she and Ne-Yo who is holding her belly. Adorable.

The new Mrs. Shaffer Chimere Smith, Ne-Yo’s real name, posted the following to Instagram:
