Tyga

Every since he dipped his pole in the ocean of Kylie Jenner, it seems as though Tyga has been going through it. I am really beginning to feel bad for the kid. If it isn’t his break-up with Blac Chyna, it’s his actions with a formerly underaged Kylie Jenner or his financial issues or his music lyrics or his label issues or … well, you get it. Now, he is battling it out in court with a former landlord – again.

Earlier this month, we heard that Tyga and his Calabasas landlord were going to court because Tyga had owed $70,000 in back rent. As of Monday [Aug. 24], a judge ruled in the favor of the landlord, ordering Tyga to pay up. Feeling a tad bit salty, Tyga decided to file a breach of contract lawsuit against the landlord.

According to his attorneys, Tyga dropped down a $200,000 down payment on the home back in September 2014, however, the landlord has done nothing to make sure that Tyga was able to make the full purchase of the $8 million home.

Here is where I get lost … Tyga’s net worth is rumored to be $5 million. Why would one purchase an $8 million home with only $5 million in the bank? Someone is lying.
