Things seem to be going down hill for rapper A$AP Rocky. He’s recently been slammed with a lawsuit by his former manager for for failing to pay him, and now he’s being hit with another by a fan who claims she broke her back during an A$AP Mob show.

What really sucks about this lawsuit being brought up against Rocky is the fact that the fan’s broken back has nothing to do with him! Apparently, he’s just the only one with the funds to pay her off.
Fan Kristin Clowes claims while watching A$AP Ferg perform back in 2013, she was slammed on to the ground and suffered a fractured vertebra. Allegedly, Young Shabba a member of A$AP Mob jumped into the crowd in an attempt to crowd surf and landed on Clowes.
The fan claims that she’s never going to fully recover and is suing for at least $75 thousand. According to her, although A$AP Rocky did not cause her injuries he’s just as responsible because they all have a history of crowd surfing.
