This Birdman vs. Lil Wayne drama just keeps on heating up!

The man who was charged in the tour bus shooting incident has spoken out about what went down and things are not looking up for Baby at the current moment.

The alleged shooter, Jimmy Winfrey, explained that “[Birdman’s] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting” and that he should be behind bars with him, too.

“[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime,” Winfrey went on to say in regards to the April shooting of Wayne’s tour bus in Atlanta. He didn’t exactly say that Baby was the one behind ordering the hit, but at the same time he basically did.

Birdman has been denying any type of involvement with what went down on the bus thus far, but this might be the final piece to the puzzle to get him brought up on some type of charges.

It shall be interesting to see how this super sticky situation pans out.
