Things seem to be getting worse between Scrappy and his baby mama Erica Dixon. The couple are in the middle of a nasty custody battle of their daughter Emani and now Erica has filed a restraining order against Scrappy because she says she fears for her life.

According to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Erica Dixon she is so afraid of Scrappy that she went down to the court house to obtain a restraining order. In her petition she begged the court to grant her temporary protective order against her former lover. She claimed that he committed family violence. This could mean against her or their daughter.
The judge reviewed the case, and Erica was able to provide enough evidence that the request was granted. Scrappy is no longer permitted to be near Dixon until their custody hearing on August 12th. If he violates the restraining order the rapper will go to jail immediately.
This situation seems to be escalating quickly. Hopefully Erica and Emani are safe and all can be worked out in court.
