Apple tv will have its first upgrade since 2012. It will have an app store of its own along with a redesigned, slimmer shape and what I think is the most needed update, a new remote control with a touch-pad. With this new remote it should make searching and typing a breeze. The device will also respond to Siri-powered voice commands.
Apple CEO Tim Cook was expected to introduce the new device in June at the company’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference. But no such presentation ever took place. Rumors where that the hardware just wasn’t ready yet.
