Young Thug was scheduled to appear in court this past Monday for a preliminary hearing in his terroristic threats case, where he’s being charged for allegedly telling a mall cop on July 7 that he’d kill him.

During a preliminary hearing, the judge reviews the case and decides if sufficient evidence is warranted for superior court proceedings. Though Thugger waived his right to appear, the judge has decided to press on with the case. We’ll keep you updated on his next court date.
