It seems like the rap game is split in terms of how they feel about Drake and accusations that he doesn’t write his own rhymes. Former rapper Shyne hopped on Instagram and chimed in on how he feels about the situation.
As the reference tracks continue to surface, Meek Mill’s accusations seem to have the whole game split on the issue of whether its okay to not write all of your own rhymes, especially when your at the top of the game. Many people have chimed in with arguments for both sides. Former Bad Boy rapper Shyne joined the discussion with some interesting comparisons.
Shyne simply stated that Rick Ross got a pass for ghostwriting his entire life as a drug lord, and so should Drake. He also goes on to say that Kanye West also “collaborates” a lot with his music.
Basically Shyne thinks everyone should take it easy on Drake. Do y’all agree?
