This guy is something else.

A woman by the name of Andrea Constand, one of Bill Cosby’s many victims, had a sexual assault case filed with the actor years back, and was paid to settle out of court and have the documents sealed. Someone has since leaked parts of it to the New York Times – the reason why we know for sure now that Cosby is the rapist people have said he is – and Andrea is pushing for the full deposition to be released. However, Cosby and his team plan to fight fire with fire.

In documents recently filed by his attorney, Cosby says she shouldn’t be breaking the confidentiality agreement she was paid to be a part of, AND keep the money while doing so. They state that if she continues to try to make the confidential docs public, she should be required to return some or all of the money. Do you agree?
