Bobby Shmurda’s 18-year-old girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau, was arrested alongside the rapper back in June, when a guard caught her “pull a black latex glove balloon wrapped in black electrical tape out of her bra and hand it to him.” She faces up to 7 years behind bars if convicted on all charges – which include two counts of promoting prison contraband, and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

She appeared in court this week, however, and has pled not guilty to everything. Her case has been pushed back to October 13, and they are currently trying to work out a plea deal. We’ll keep you updated.
