Bill Cosby is now facing another deposition after his appeal to a California court was denied. Cosby will be required to go under oath and be questioned about sexual assault allegations brought up against him from a 1974 incident. Judy Huth who was 15 years-old at the time for the assault is now suing Cosby in California.

Judy Huth claims in 1974, Bill Cosby forced her to preformed a sexual act on him. At the time of the incident she was just 15 years-old. Cosby and his legal team petitioned the court to review earlier rulings in Huth’s lawsuit but the petition was denied. This leaves a clear path for a new deposition of Cosby to pursued.
The deposition was originally scheduled for June 26th but had to be put on hold. Judy Huth’s lawyer Gloria Allred said, “We are looking forward to Mr. Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition and we will continue to seek justice for our courageous client, Judy Huth.” She added that she hopes to question Cosby “as soon as possible within the next 30 days.”
Back in December the Los Angeles County district attorney denied the filing of criminal charges against Cosby as the statute of limitations has already expired. However, if Cosby is deposed it will be the first time he opens up about sexual-assault allegations since the 2005 deposition from another case.
