Police believe a shot that injured a woman at a suburban Pittsburgh amusement park came from outside the park, perhaps from someone nearby celebrating the Fourth of July.
Mysterious Stray Bullet Hits Woman At Amusement Park
Police say the 26-year-old woman was still inside the park, but was shot from outside. Police were very clear the shooting did not happen inside the park itself.
“None of the witnesses reported hearing or seeing a gunshot and, as of this time, there is no video showing any gunfire,” said a statement from the county.
The woman was shot in the chest, near the shoulder and taken to the hospital. Fortunately, She is currently in stable condition.
