As usual, the guests drop a freestyle to show just where their skills may lie. Vince gives a few bars over OutKast’s “ATLiens” track, followed by Tyler on Lil Kim’s “No Time,” instrumental.

In addition to his freestyle, the 2015 XXL Freshman, and Long Beach native talks about his musical transitions, the release of his June 30th project, Summertime ’06 and Ray J, yes, Ray J being the top five rap artists from the west coast. I mean, everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

“Ray J will never lose. Ray J is the man. Ray J is probably the top five hip-hop west coast of all time,” says the 21-year-old who hopes to have made his impact well before he hits 45. “Does Ray J not have hits,” Vince details to a wondering Peter. “Ray J was the first blood on a record that was certified.” Yeah, well…
