A woman slammed Tyga a sexual assault lawsuit back in 2013 after participating in the making of his ‘Make It Nasty’ music video. According to the woman she was forced to appear topless and was groped by guys on the set. The lawsuit was settled out of court but according to the woman Tyga still hasn’t paid up and she wants her money. Hit the jump for more.
Allison Brown was approached by a man back in 2011 who told her she had a ‘good look’ for Tyga’s up coming muisc video for his song ‘Make It Nasty.’ She claims that when she showed up to the mansion in Hollywood Hills she was given tons of alcohol, despite being only 20 at the time and during the shoot she was dry humped from behind by someone in a rabbit suit and after a man on set grabbed her breast.
She also claims she was forced to remove her shirt and do the shoot topless but was promised that her nipples would not be exposed in the video.
The case was settled earlier this year and according to Brown’s lawyers Tyga was ordered to pay $50,000. So far Brown has only seen half of that money when she received $25,000 in February. I guess she was tired of waiting because she has now filed court papers asking the judge to force Tyga to pay up and also give her an additional lump of cash as a penalty for her troubles.
Tyga has yet to respond to these accusations however this isn’t the first time we have heard about the rapper not paying up. Earlier this year Tyga’s landlord stated that he owes thousands of dollars worth of fines for his out of control parties.
