Oh man. Bill Cosby continues to sink himself in deeper waters. The 77-year-old actor and comedian has been the center of criminal attention with accusations of sexual assault floating in the air; a very publicized one coming from model Janice Dickinson. While he finally made an attempt to clear his name, it does not appear to be working. Now, Cosby would like to block a subpoena in a confidential 2006 sexual assault settlement of a Philadelphia sexual assault lawsuit.

According to the Florida News Time, Cosby would like to block the subpoena sent to him from an attorney representing three women; Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz. Like Dickinson, the woman claim defamation due to Cosby denying molestation accusations.
In 2004, Andrea Constand accused Cosby of drugging and inappropriately touching her, however, the following year the case was dismissed due to “insufficient credible and admissible evidence”. Constand filed a civil suit that Cosby settled out of court. Everything in that suit was undisclosed, but the three women now believe that that case can help their own.
Defense lawyer George M. Gowen said that privacy in a settled case “should not be set aside lightly.” He would like the case to be thrown out, and if there are anything pieces of material to slip through the cracks, he would like to review and challenge.
Bill is looking guiltier and guiltier.
