Update:
So although we’re all fans of Travis Scott at Hot97/#IFWT, and although he apologized for kicking our guy off the stage, it’s only right to give the cameraman’s(whose name is Jameer) POV some light, so we caught up to him back stage, like to watch it, here it goes;
When Travi$ Scott stepped on the Festival Stage he called the crowed to get a little too hype, so hyped that they rushed the barricades and caused a stampede. Other crowd members were being crushed by the wave of people rushing to the stage to see Scott perform.
After the crowd took it down half a notch, Travi$ gave them a show to remember. At one point he wanted everyone off the stage and even snapped on a camera man telling him to ‘get off the stage, I am an artist.’ He even went as far to say that this was not just Summer Jam but ‘a Travi$ Scott show.’
The rapper is full of surprises today, earlier he announced he had ‘a wild surprise’ for his after party at Webster Hall and during his performance on the Festival Stage he brought out Brooklyn’s own 2 Milly. They preformed their song Milly Rock. To add to the list of tricks he had up his sleeve, Scott preformed a brand new single ‘3500’ for the crowd.
After Travi$ Scott tore it down on the stage he took it to the couch with Laura Stylez and Rosenberg. He told the duo he feels that artist should have creative control at Summer Jam and all shows they perform. Scott was a little annoyed he was not able to have a screen on stage during his performance so he could give the fans a full Rodeo experience.
Check out Travi$ Scott check the camera and perform his new single ‘3005’below.
