Jada Pinkett Smith kept things one hundred when she sat down for her interview with Howard Stern. The actress who married star Will Smith at the young age of 25, spoke out saying she would advise her own children not to marry that young. She said, “No, don’t do it, It did work out, but let me tell you: It worked out in a way that thank God I had a husband who’s a gangster partner. Taking that road from 25 to 44.”
Then she broke down the details of her ‘open marriage’ basically saying it all boils down to trust. She said, “You gotta trust who you’re with, and at the end of the day, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man. I trust that the man that Will is is a man of integrity. HE’s got all the freedom in the world, and as long as Will can look at himself in the mirror and be OK, I’m good.”
The actress even told Stern that the couple talks to each other about who they have crushes on. Jada believes that you can’t expect your man not to be attracted to another woman.
She confessed, “Here’s what’s real: I’m not the kind of woman that believes a man is not going to be attracted to another woman. Just because a man is attracted to another woman does not mean that he does not love you,” she continued “And it doesn’t mean that he’s going to act on it.” She added: “If your man isn’t going to see another woman’s beauty, how the heck is he going to see yours?”
So by the end of the interview it was clear that according to Jada, a man is free to do as he pleases but if he loves his woman and has integrity he won’t.The couple were rumored to having problems in their marriage a couple months back but now it seems that everything is good for the Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
