Psychic Hotline’s are suppose to read the future. Why couldn’t they for see Jamie Hart’s future if she was giving them $10,000?
Steamboat Springs, Colorado resident Jamie Hart is currently being accused and charged with felony theft and “unauthorized use of financial” for allegedly embezzling more than $23,00 from her employer, Johnson Excavation company. They are also accusing Hart of spending $10,000 of the embezzled money on calls to a psychic hotline.
The local Steamboat police department have been investigating Hart since October 2014, when the owner of Johnson Excavation first noticed that something was was not right about his books. The owner suspected that the problem came from Ms. Hart because she was the bookkeeper so he hired another bookkeeper to check Hart’s work. That is when the owner noticed there was a problem with the paper trial as well as the companies debit cards that contained about $15,000 in “non-business expenses” most of which came from psychic readings.
The owner denies using any psychic services himself. He also noted that no one was charging psychics to the companies account before or after Hart was fired.
“There was no documentation within Johnson Excavating records indicating the use of psychics prior to Jamie being employed or after Jamie was terminated.”
says Johnson Excavation owner.
Hart denies the allegations but is still being charged until proven innocent. Stay tuned for the updates on this case.
