The stars come out to Vegas for the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on May 17th! Some of your favorite celebs stepped up and showed out, while some should have showed less. The red carpet was flooded with tons of people including the cast of the hit show “Empire”, Ludacris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, the diva herself Mariah Carey, Chrissy Teigen and hubby John Legend, 50 Cent, Chris Brown and his beautiful daughter Royalty, Iggy Azalea and a few others.
