Louis C.K. is known for his outlandish jokes, but many think he’ gone too far. During his opening monologue on SNL, Louis C.K. made some wild jokes about having “mild racism” and an experience with child molesters. The crowd in the audience and at home were not happy about it. The comic started off smoothly by talking about growing up in the 1970s, but started losing people after he said that racist slurs weren’t a big deal back then. The crowd really began groaning after his comments about child molesters.

“Child molesters are very tenacious people,” he noted, “From their point of view, it must be amazing to risk so much!”

He also made a controversial comparison about his children, who apparently “fight the same way as Palestine and Israel.” Viewers took to social media to vent their feelings about Louis’ “bad jokes.” Some claim that they were offended by his “mild racism” and weren’t amused with his “experience” with child molesters. At least he realized he messed up by the time the monologue came to a close. “How do you think I feel? This is my last show, probably,” he joked.
