Young Twerk Gawdess Miley Cyrus is now single yet again and ready to let her inner freak shine. The singer covered Khia’s popular “My Neck, My Back” song this past Wednesday and performed it live at the Adult Swim annual upfront party in New York. Cyrus rocked nothing but pasties, butterfly wings and sparkling leggings while she hit the stage to perform the raunchy song. Although the song is super nasty and she has tons of young fans she should be considering, I think Miley did a great job covering the song!
